By licensing your own suite at Emerald Salon Suites, you become your own boss. As an Emerald Salon Suite's Suite Owner you must complete the following six steps to Entrepreneurship:

Sign a Suite Lease Agreement: Pricing & terms vary by suite size, suite location and current specials.
Payment of Deposit & One Time Processing Fee: Deposit = 1st & last week lease payment + $50 Processing Fee.
Sign an ACH/Reoccurring payment agreement: Automatic weekly payment draft for all suite rents.
Must have Salon License, Cosmetology License (Does not apply for non-beauty suite uses)
Must obtain Liability Insurance: (Must provide copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance within 30 days after moving in)
Must obtain Business License in Clayton County, GA
